EPA Headquarters has invited AGC of America to provide industry feedback and recommendations on several significant national STORMWATER initiatives that are currently underway. To ensure the construction industry’s voice is heard, AGC is creating a Stormwater Task Force of 12-15 AGC Environmental Network members to respond to current rulemaking efforts and enforcement initiatives aimed at restricting construction site runoff.

AGC’s Stormwater Task Force members will have the opportunity to communicate directly and indirectly with federal regulators, influence environmental policy, and a means to exchange valuable information with one another and industry peers.

AGC of America environmental staff will provide support for the Stormwater Task Force and coordinate phone calls (and a face-to-face meeting if needed) with US EPA and compile written comments on behalf of the membership.
